My name is Raymond Modglin.  I’m a public speaker, podcaster, author, entrepreneur, licensed REALTOR and an all-around great guy. I am the world's foremost authority on my opinion.

As a professional speaker, radio talk-show host, business educator and licensed REALTOR® I have spoken to thousands of licensed agents, brokerage managers & owners, small business owners and start-up entrepreneurs.  

With degrees from Texas A&M and Purdue University, I thought I was set to be the next big star in the engineering world.  Then I found speaking....I have now been living my life's dream for almost two decades.  I would love to help you create an event that people will remember.

I most often speak to two types of audiences: beginning agents looking to get their traction in this new business or newer agents transitioning from a previous career into real estate.
